Estia buys Kennedy Health Care

The Advetiser: Residential aged care provider Estia has purchased private business Kennedy Health Care Group as it moves towards its goal of having 10,000 beds by the 2020 financial year.

The company also upgraded its guidance for the current fiscal year, forecasting pro forma net profit after tax growth of more than 25 per cent, revised from an earlier outlook for growth exceeding 20 per cent.

Family-owned Kennedy Health Care comprises eight facilities and 959 operational places in Sydney's southern and western areas and in Wollongong. More at the Advertiser
