How much you will pay to park at health hub car park
A CAR park with enough space for 581 cars has opened at Stockland’s Oceanside Health Hub, Kawana.
And for a flat rate of $4 a day, seven days a week, customers can park at the eight-level multi-deck car park.
The $15 million Secure Car Park Oceanside, on Eccles Boulevard, was developed by Excel Development Group and includes parking bays for 581 cars as well as ground-floor retail space.
Ben Simpson, Regional Manager for the Sunshine Coast at Stockland, said the project took 11 months to complete and is believed to be the first time a parking station servicing multiple individual commercial buildings has been built in an Australian greenfield masterplanned development of this size.
One of the nation’s largest development projects, the Oceanside Health Hub is an innovative allied health, commercial, aged care, retail, accommodation and high-density residential precinct within the $5 billion Oceanside Kawana community.
