New Notification of CDC Home Care Maximum Exit Amount Form Released
The Department of Health has release the new Notification of Home Care Maximum Exit Amount Form that needs to be before exist amounts can be used on contracts can changed to clients when they leave a Service after 27/2/2017. Organisation need to get this form completed and lodged with the Department ASAP as time is running out to get consumer signed up to new agreements or amendments to existing agreement.
