GST-free supply of disability supports under the NDIS - Legislation updated
Legislation regarding GST-free supply of disability supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has been updated.
The Determination commences on 1 July 2017 and applies to supplies made on or after 1 July 2017 which are made on or before 30 June 2021.
Providers should note that a support must be listed in a service agreement if it is to be supplied GST-free. This is a requirement under the NDIS Terms of Business and payment assurance purposes.
