Prudential Standards Review
The Department has released the Prudential Standards Review by Earnst and Young. They have recommended a whole lot of changes to Liquidity/Capital Adequacy, Reporting and Removing/Limiting Trusts. Moving to a financial institution model of reporting, compliance and monitoring.
