New ID requirements for Police Checks
The Federal Government has implemented new ID requirements for police checks from 1/7/2018. The old 100 points systems is out and replaced with 4 ID's from 3 new groups. There is now a requirement for organisations to ensure the ID's are not fake.
Organisations will need to check their agency that does their police checks is up to date on the new regulations including the need for a new contract with the agency, new ID requirements and checking ID's are not fake. Some agencies may not continue providing Police Checks from 1/7/18, so it is important to be speaking with your police check agency to confirm what they are doing.
