Windows Server 2008 support finishes in 11 months

Support for Windows Server 2008 and SQL Server 2008 plus R2 versions runs out on 14/2/2020, this means unless you sign up to very expensive Extended Support Packages, then you will not get any security updates.  You should be planning your update strategy now, not at the last minute and worst still please don't ignore this deadline as your network will become more vulnerable. Act now in creating a plan to be ahead of this important deadline.
