HCP Home Care providers Publish your fees or be penalised
Consumer Directed Care Home Care (CDC) providers also known as Home Care Packages (HCP) providers have been warned to publish their fees on MyAgedCare portal as required or be penalised. Apparently up to 30% of organisations providing HCP home care haven't complied with this legal requirement. If I was a Home Care provider I would be checking that I was compliant, as the next step is most likely for sanctions to start rolling out.
